Back to 26 cars on the grid... at least thats a start.. now all that needs to happen is for Bernie Ecclehead to die in his sleep and we can get back to the days of drivers winning, not limited speed cars and technology/rules/regulations....

Hungaroring next up this weekend, One race where in the words of Murray Walker "anything can happen, and usually does"
Brawn's have a few updates to put on the car and need them to work and need it to be warmer. Red Bulls are on a role and are going to make the second half of the season interesting.
Ferrari have given up on this years car, Jean Todt is going to run for Presidency of FIA, you might think this means Ferrari will be favoured again but I don't, as he fell out with Luca De Montezemolo when he left Ferrari. Ari Vatenen being the other candidate.
Silverstone is back on the agenda and now Punch sorry (Bernie)says it will host 2010 GP if Donnington isn't ready, you know my feelings on that one, and it will alternate each year whatever happens at Donnington. Silverstone are not happy with that.
I am hoping it rains to be honest and we get a surprise result, bring it on.
I'm at work all weekend at Warwick Folk Festival as they use my playing fields as a campsite but will be rigging a TV up in the Cricket Pavilion to watch it, I have never missed a race in almost 30 years and am not about to start now ;)

So, is Brawn gonna win constructors?
If they put the old bits back on the car, otherwise they could lose both titles :duh:

what about Michael, some say hes not coming back....
Nah he is a wussy old geezer, and reckons that an ache in his neck is enough to put him out. Back in the day........
(Was it ??Harold Cohen?? who played out a soccer match despite a BROKEN neck?)
"There's no need for that sort of talk, Wilson"
Working on it Niall........
Who broke his neck in the 1956 FA Cup Final?
Bert Trautmann of Manchester City
"There's no need for that sort of talk, Wilson"
No Schumacher, he injured his neck and shoulder in a motorcycle accident and it's still not right. Wouldn't say he's a wuss really, 5G on a bad neck is not advisable. F1 pilots really do need to be 100% fit to drive cars with the performance that they have, us mortals would never get anywhere near the limits of the cars, they are seriously bits of kit.
Shame really, it would have been interesting to see him back in action :frown:
