i am in the process of using a doctored martingale system for sports betting.basically you divide your bankroll by 4,i.e. if you have $4000,then you start off with $1000 as your initial bankroll.the picks are given using a total progression of 6 parts,for each losing bet you multiply your initial bet by 2.1 to give you the next bet.i.e.first bet 1 unit second bet 2.1 units,3rd bet 4.41 units etc.a 6 game progression needs a total of 77.06 units to cover the 6 games.your starting bet for a $1000 bet would therefore be $1000/77.06=$12.98.
as soon as you hit a winning bet you calculate your new bank and change your bet sizing accordingly.i have been posting my selections for about 3 weeks now,and the current bank stands at $1481.46.the game in progress at the moment is in MLB and its Arizona v SFG OVER 7 runs.bet is $18.87 to win $21.13 at odds of 2.12.
i will update,giving the current bank,picks and bet size until i have tripled the initial bank of $1000.then you start again from $1000.

well that one was close... but not close enough.on to tomorrows first pick.its a toss up again between Houston v St louis OVER 7.5 runs or LAD v Colorado UNDER 10.its a very close one this,both picks have a great chance of coming in.i think because of the push factor again i am going to go very slightly on the LAD V COL game.LAD has a great defense,dont usually let many runs go in,and colorado has been a bit slack recently.so bet is UNDER 10,odds here are 2.04.

early game today is NYM v CHC.the line here is 8.5,mets have been playing well lately,and cubs surely have to get their hitting game going.however it is drawing closer to the end of the season,and the cubs have blown their playoff chances,so maybe wont be giving it their all.still i think the OVER is very likely here,so bet $42.27 to win $39.52.after that it will be Atlanta v Phillies,odds at minute are 2.01 OVER 9.5 so will be either $20.62 to win $20.83 or $88.77 to win $89.66.later on the game is Col v SFG OVER 6.5.odds here are 2.06,so bet will be aa)20.89 to win $22.14,ab)$43.74 to win $46.36,ba)20.73 to win $21.97,bb)$186.42 to win $197.60.basically if the first game wins and the second one loses its ab)2 wins=aa)loss then win is ba)and 2 losses=bb)this gives all permutations.i have to be away today so wont be able to update as usual,and im well aware that come gametime the odds will have changed(often quite significantly).ive asked someone from the other forum to update me about the odds available between games,so should be ok.

ok so some really wierd stuff happening again.mets lost the plot.actually not too wierd.phillies won again!i am taking the last game as a no bet based on what sports has said(like i say i wasnt around!)so we have to take a 4th bet in the series.this particular one is in the english premiership soccer between man utd v arsenal.anyway the gunners have been banging in goals recently and share top spot in the division,and man united have always been class attacking side.i reckon itll either be 1-1 or someone will win it!its not uncommon for 1 team to score 4 or 5 goals on these occasions,so therefore the bet is OVER 2 or 2.5 goals(not quite sure what that means,but i reckon if we get 3 goals we will b ok).odds not the best again at 1.862.but im trying to win at this stage to avoid the 5th/6th bets.bet $186.42 to win $160.69.by the way the last game(col v sfg)was a no bet because of a rain delay after the second inning.if any game starts before a game has finished(unless its an over and the over has already been achieved)then is a NO BET.
