BWIN login problems

Wow new site!

I joined bwin just before the start of the WC, and placed a bet on spain to win (even with their 'deposit fees' - it was the best price going!)

Well 'obvly' spain won it (I did lose on some other nations - booo haha), and I tried to login in a few days ago, but forgot my password.

I clicked through the 'forgot p/w' link and answered the security Q, but got no reply.
So I tried again. I then emailed then via their system via their website and still nothing.

I tried one last time today, and ofc nothing.

Any ideas?
Should I just mail them direct from my email address asking for my account to be closed and all funds to be withdrawn to my registered card?

(Ps. I have the right email addy, as they emailed to confirm my bet had won)
