Can someone give me a breakdown of what makes Asian handicapping different than Vegas handicapping? And how do you personally use Asian handicapping?

There isn't that big a difference. Instead of half points they use quarter points which split your bet in half. It's designed for soccer to basically remove the heavy draw outcome. It pushes the odds closer to 50/50 rather than 33%. You can learn more about it on Samvo, I'm not the best at explaining things to people.
