gripe
you deposit a few quid into a site and over the next few weeks you play the odd tourney and some cash games and maybe a sng or two. you cash here and there and lose often too.
before you know it, if you play bad like me, your balance has dwindled so much you can hardly believe it.
so you decide to look for the money trail....but hang on...there isn't one ..or is it just untechy me.
I used to play the horses and the footy and a statement of where you lost was readily available but this seems not so with poker.
anyone know why?
notable exceptions PPP, betfair, bodog....any more?

hmm
i play on celeb and you can view all your deposits and withdrawals.
celeb for the win baby!
try using pokertracker to track stuff otherwise? or a spreadsheet or text file.

I think all sites should allow clients a statement facility whereby you could monitor the movement of your money not just deposits and withdrawals but individual cash games, tourneys, etc.
Just wonder does everyone trust the pokerroom to keep their balance correct.

on ipoker sites you go into your account section and can view all the games you,ve played as well as full hand historys ,also pokerstars sends you an email with your games historys if you request it.

I would always keep a spreadsheet going to keep an eye on things anyway.

I asked Paradise about this last summer as I joined it through SportingBet who give very detailed account statements. They said that this facility wasn't available at present but would be coming in a future upgrade.
Obviously far in the future as it hasn't happened yet.
I totally agree with errigal that this is a basic facility we are entitled to - like a receipt at Tesco's, we should have detailed access as to how our money has been spent.
