Help Required!?!? Please!!

Hi all posting this in the hope this is a problem someone else has had or may be able to help me rectify anyway.
Basically about 10 days ago I downloaded the Windows XP Service Pack 3. Now ever since I have done this I have been unable to get on to Neteller. I have gone back to a restore point prior to the download but makes no difference. I have added neteller to trusted sites tried accessing it using both Mozilla and Internet Explorer. I had the home page saved in favourites that link doesn't work have tried to get on to it using links from Google and various Poker sites but always the same result "This page is unavailable"!

I had a problem a few weeks ago when I got an email from cdpoker saying come back and we will put £10 in your account. When I went to the site to redownload the software I kept getting the same message. So i tried turning all my firewall off and it then allowed me to the page. Not a good solution but then you would know if its a firewall problem or not

Have tried this and dropping my internet security to lowest level allowed, allowing all cookies and turning pop up blocker off nothing works! Going to scream!

ive been reading there are alot of bugs with the sp3 update people are advising not to install it until they have the bugs sorted out possibly 3-4 months,
