I used moneybookers as i thought it was a easier thing to do then credit/debit cards .
But as of last thursday my account was hacked no idea how and money was taken (stolen) out of MONEYBOOKERS account only noticed when i read emails i contacted them right away with a email and rung them up 1st thing friday morning.
I was told there would sort it out and to change email address to another and password which i have now done, Was told takes fraud dept 2 working days to sort out things which ok i did not mind .
But now after 4 days and a few phone calls i have made to them i am told each time its still on going and the fraud dept dont have a phone so cant contact me on the phone only by email.
I now have to prove who i am because change email address by sending driving license or international passport which i dont have so cant , but did send back bank statment and birth certificate to show its me.

SO people beware of using MONEYBOOKERS as it dont seem that they care that much about the people who use them. or the fact people are being robbed and they are allowing it

wrong arlo did not have to prove that or send them anything to open account up and i have had money sent from moneybookers to my bank account twice in the past . So not a case of that just now this has happed dont really want to help me .

just had email from pokersite money went to asking them for person user details and hand history of players money was lost to (lost quick chimping dumping i would guess) i have contacted fsa and also will be contacting bluff magazine /poker players mag with a letter on this matter.
