My last Vegas trip

I just got back from Vegas a couple days ago and just wanted to let you know how it went. I stayed at the Flamingo and it was amazing. To start with when i got there they were out of regular rooms so they upgraded me to a go room that was very nice, it even had a tv in the bathroom mirror. I played a couple tournaments while i was there. i played in a 55 tournament at the Fitz it was a holdem tournament with not very many people in it but the structure was good i ended up not making it to the final table buy my friend took 2nd after making an amazing comeback. i also played in a omaha H/L tournament at the Orleans because i read that they had the best option for omaha tournament. this tournament sucked, don't even waste you time. the first two or three blind levels are great and it seems as if everything is going ok then it seriously feels like they skip like 4 or 5 blind levels and then you are just gambling. anyways one good thing about the tournament was that i seen a player that i play with on fortune there which was really strange to see but good to meet since i had never met him before. overall the trip was good. i won every poker session but one and i am considering never playing slot machines ever again.

sorry that it is funny that when i play in a poker tournament i like to actually play poker. i don't consider the game of poker to be a complete gamble so when i say that it turned into a gamble that is what i mean. if the blinds would have moved up like they started then it would have been different.

Poker is gambling start to finish..... some call it an art, others a game of chance... but either way, you wager cash to play.. so its gambling.... GAMBLING..... Not overly difficult to understand...

I never once questioned your skill, did I.. just pointed out the fact you moaned about blind structure and then the entire game turned into a gamble... Ergo... your a diva that moans cause when all said and done, you cant play..... cant stand the blinds.. get off the table....

ok well for you poker players out there that origanal post was for you. as for you gamblers go play a slot machine, that is a gamble. and next time you read a post that you don't agree with then just move on, don't waste our time with you bs comments about poker being a gamble when it is a skilled game!
