Leeds Poker Player UK Tour Saturday 23rd July update of wtf happened

Day started off superb Shane met me on the train with 2 bacon n egg mcmuffins yum yum good man !!
After standing up most of the way due to York races being on and the rail network being so fookin stupid to put only 2 carriages on from Staleybridge to Leeds me n Shane got there with no fuss really we met a few others for drinks inc teaulc ,spitvenom and his bro Khromehead(final tabled)and beano lizzy( finished2nd) we had a couple in TGI Fridays then to the casino next door.
The game set up was medium fast 7500 start stack with 30 mins blinds i was doin well for over an hour gettin too many good pocket cards really i played about 18/26 in the 1st hour (much too many imo) so i decided to fold semi premium hands lik tj jq etc they all turned out to be good folds too.
Soon enuff the hands dried up tho in the 2nd hour i was gettin hands like jj v aq on a qqt board and having to fold to some big re raises etc i even had ace 10 diamonds on a jk diamonds board only to run into qq with him having my q of diamonds grrrr then in the bb to no raises pre 2 limpers only i hits k96 on the flop holdin k6 no bets so i bet out about 600 chips i get re raised by a shorter stack alarm bells etc i tanked and seemed to put him on a9 or maybe ak kq of the ilk so i re raised him and took him in he had slow played 99 lol and got the set grrr !!

that left me with 4000 chips i then got AK spades next hand 1 limper in i push 4k into 1200 pot and get called by 2 others ak and aq the aq spawns it with a 4 flush hearts and knocks me out doh!! but at least i managed to out last Shane this time that might shrink his head a bit from the last time we played live together lol !

Never mind was fun to play and meet some people who i have never met before but played with hundreds of times .... adzbo nice of ya to turn up matey and thanx for the offer of a roof for the night but alas it wasnt needed lol but thanx anyway!

Now the buffet big THANKS to gala casino for turning my calm arse into a raging inferno all the way home still like that now i never shit so much in my life and my arse is currently like a chewed up toffo!!
