I think additional points for the paying places is working out good so far, but have some concerns as to how it may effect the point structure once we reach the double-point games. Of course double-points should be there to give the players who have been unlucky up to that point a chance to catch to up; but i'm wondering if the bonus points multipliers, that are applied to the top three places, should be halved for the double points games? For an 18 player double point tourney the winner would then get 18 points + (18 * 0.75) for 31.25 points, rather than 45 points as it now stands. What are people thoughts?
